What Causes Urgent And Frequent Urination?

default
Posted on Mon, 24 Aug 2015
Question: I am having very frequent urination to the point of having to rush to the restroom but no pain or other urinary symptoms. It has been about 2 weeks since this started. At about the same tome I have started having what feels like panic attacks and strange sensations in my legs. The panic feelings or leg sensations don't coincide with the urgency to go to the restroom.

Brief Answer:
You need proper in-office visit to a physician.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

You may have got Diabetes type II. You need a fasting blood sugar levels test done from a lab and get it checked from the physician and also need to be examined physically to see if you have any other signs of the disease. Frequent Urination is one of the earliest symptoms of diabetes, along with other symptoms of increased thirst and weakness in the body. You have leg symptoms that seem to be due to diabetes. It is paresthesia, due to peripheral neuropathy, a complication of diabetes

ADVISED:-
CBC with ESR
Fasting Blood Sugar
HBA1c
Urine complete examination and Urine culture and sensitivity.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
