What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Recovering From Dengue Fever?

Question: Had dengue earlier. After treatment I recovered well. But after my recovery, a week later I got vaginally bleeding which include uterine lining as well but mild just like periods but my period time is not yet arrived. What can be the possible cause?
