Nothing to worry.Its quite normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Breast pain is quite common during the early period menstrual cycle, especially among young females. It is due to hormonal changes during the periods and nothing to worry in it. Some women describes it as vibrating/buzzing feel inside the breast and it's quite normal.
You can take simple analgesics like mefenemic acid (meftal) for pain.
Do a self breast examination and make sure that you don't have any pulp inside your breast.
If you have repeated attacks of pain consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
It can happen anywhere along the cycle
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow up.
You don't need to worry unless you have lump inside your breast. Its just hormonal and nothing serious.
You can take analgesics like ibuprofen or mefenemic.
If your periods are irregular, you might require OCP(oral contraceptive pills) to correct your hormonal status.
You can also go for an ultrasound scan of your breast to rule out any tiny bumps inside.
Thanks
