The white dot, sorry
Brief Answer:
Abscess can be the case.
Detailed Answer:
Is it hard and painless or soft and painful? Did you bite yourself recently in this area?
It looks like a kind of abscess. The white stuff is pus (if so, the lump should be soft and painful). Usually such lesions appear after an injury which is bite. It would be good to have it drained. If you have a sterile needle and feel fine to puncture it with needle, please try to do that. Otherwise, you should consult a dentist or general surgeon.
If this lump is hard and painless, abscess is not the case. It can be a benign lump (or malignant if you smoke). In such case, it should be removed and tested by a pathologist.
But what I can seen, pus collection seems most probable.
If you keep having such lesions in other areas of the skin, swab test to determine the bacteria should be done. You should also check your glucose level to rule out possible diabetes.

I can't tell if it is hard or soft, but it's not that painful, and lately I have been eating unhealthy, is it related? Any chance it could be a STD?
Brief Answer:
Its not STD.
Detailed Answer:
Cold sore could be an indication of STD. But this really does not look like one. So I do not think its STD related.
Unhealthy eating (especially spicy foods) can trigger such kind of lesions. Lack of vitamins can sometimes be the case as well (as it weakens immune system). But most likely its not the case as well.

What would be the cost if I have to get it remove, and maybe screened?
Brief Answer:
The cost varies, depending of the country.
Detailed Answer:
It depends if incision is necessary to drain it or removal of the lump is what you need. The price varies from country you are from and many other factors so I wont even try to tell about the cost.

Brief Answer:
Yes this is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Yes its normal. It means that a kind of infection is the reason and your immune system is dealing with it. So you may give it some time and see.
