Brief Answer:
Maybe weakness, or low blood sugar.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
By the above symptoms it is difficult to diagnose. I would suggest you to get an complete blood count, random blood glucose, BP tested. If already done please upload so that I will be better able to help you.
It looks like they symptoms are because of weakness, but it would be best get a neurologist/ physician advice if he is still talking irrelevantly for a detailed examination and treatment.
I hope this answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Mild typhoid infection and anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Sorry for the delay. I have gone through the reports. It looks like he is having mild typhoid infection and also he is anemic. Usually men having less haemoglobin is pathological. I would suggest him to get a stool test for occult blood to rule out any internal bleeding. It can also be due to typhoid. Let him complete the course of antibiotics your treating physician has prescribed.
Does he have any history of piles or fissures? Gastritis? Is he diabetic or hypertensive? Does he have any kidney/heart related problems?
In the meanwhile it is better if he increases his intake of green leafy vegetables like spinach, dates and apple daily to increase his haemoglobin as well as immunity. Test for haemoglobin levels again after 1 month.
Ask him to have plenty of fluids and curds/buttermilk for speedy recovery. Avoid oily and spicy food.
I hope this answered your query.
