Question: Hi, every time I finish my period I feel run down like I'm going to get sick, then after a few days I'm ok. What could this be? Am I deficient in something or is it a hormone problem?

Brief Answer:
IT IS A HARMLESS HORMONAL ISSUE

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
This is a variation of the menstrual syndrome.
It is normal, as it occurs every month during your menstrual cycle.
It is related to hormones, and if it is not very serious, you can ignore it, knowing that it is a harmless phenomenon.
If it bothers you a lot , you can try taking oral contraceptive pills for 2 -3 months, they will correct the hormonal imbalance , and make you feel better.
Also, taking Vitamin E supplements daily will help.
Eat healthy and exercise regularly.
During your periods, drink a lot of water.
All the best
