Brief Answer:
dehydration, viral syndrome?

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for these comments.
Many times vague symptoms like nausea, dizziness and fatigue come from either a viral infection or some bad food.
The good thing about these conditions is that they usually get better in a week or so.
It is very important for you to be well hydrated because both dizziness and headache can be caused by a mild dehydration. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and sodas. Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water daily.
Whether this is from food, a viral infection or some other cause you should be getting better in a few days if you stay hydrated.
If you get worse or if it is not clearing up then you will need to see a doctor for an exam and some tests to try and determine the cause.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
