Brief Answer:
Could be due to Arthritis. You can use Treadmill.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM,

People with joint injuries may be at increased risk of developing OA (OSTEO ARTHRITIS). You have history of arthroscopic surgery so there is increased risk of OA. Better to get an X ray of the knee joint. But DON'T WORRY.

Losing excess weight may help prevent osteoarthritis of the knees. Weight loss decrease the progression of OA.

Treadmill can be useful for you.
Physical activity can improve joint movement and strengthen the muscles that surround the joints. Gentle exercises are recommended because they create less stress on joints.

For pain relief, you can use analgesics.

Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
Thanks.
Take care
