Question: yes thank you i have been on a few diet pills as well now i was puy ontrintellix 10mg and would like to add contrave for whight loes in 3 weeks i have gain more 7'pounds
Brief Answer:
Not a good idea to mix Contrave with trintellix
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. Weight gain is quite common with antidepressants.
Contrave, on the other hand, while a fairly effective weight loss aid, contains two drugs, one of which is an antidepressant. Combining the two antidepressants together is not a good idea, so I suggest you stop taking Trintellix and give Contrave a try for a few weeks. Chances are you will take care of both weight gain and depression with a single drug.
I hope this helps.
Wishing you all the best
