Your symptoms of weight loss, sore throat and susceptibility to cold are not specific for any particular illness but can occur in a number of conditions like diabetes which impairs your immunity and makes you susceptible to infections like sore throat.
It would be good to get a complete blood count, ESR, a fasting blood sugar and urine examination.
