What Causes Weight Loss While Travelling In Europe?

I was currently in Europe for more than 20 days.. Usually when i am at my home town i go to gym and exercise to stay in shape.
For the 20 days when i was in Europe, i was not able to do any exercise and i lost some muscles, but i also lost weight (2-3 kgs).
I was having some cold also and took some medicines also there.
How can it be possible, I agree i walked a lot in Europe and it was cold but i should gain weight and not loose it.
Am i thinking too much? Is it normal. I stay in Asia and i went to europe for work
Normal reaction to changes of places/climate...overthinking I believe
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
You are concerned about losing weight while being on Europe for work. Please take note that as an Asian you are not customized to European foods and tastes. That can be reflected with eating little.
Next, having passed a cold is also associated with loss of appetite, which can contribute more on losing appetite.
That is temporary. You should not think too much over it.
If you have had diarrhea (traveler's diarrhea), that can also explain weight loss too.
Try to adopt to European tastes and keep well hydrated. Multivitamins can help with nutrients you need for your daily activities.
All the best!
