What Causes White Discharge Under Penis Foreskin?

For the last few days I am having this white fluid sort of thing ozzing from my underskin of penis and the head part. It is very irritating when the penis touches my undergarment. I am 68 ,marrie and am taking volibu .2 .
I also used T Bac . but desired result has not come. Can you pl advise.

Possible Fungal balanoposthitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I understand your concern.
This could be possible fungal balanoposthitis aka penile candidiasis.
This is common in diabetics and elderly.
Ensure blood glucose levels are maintained within a normal range.
Avoid Tetnovate as it can make it worse.
T Bac can be continued.
A short course of antifungal therapy both topicala and systemic will help to eliminate the infection.
I generally recommend to my patients oral tablets of fluconazole 200 for 3 days follwed by one tab/week for 3 weeks. Topical Terbinafine 1% cream should be used intermittently.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.

thank u Doc. The area is not drying up . I applied Tetnovate only once and as you rightly said it only worsened. but I am continuing with T bec. Do you prescribe oral tab Fluconazole 200 if yes how many a day to begin with.
I had this position a few months back also and this is a comeback.
