What Causes White Spots On Foreskin And Smelly Penile Discharge?
Question: I have white spots on the inside of my foreskin. Sometimes when I slide back my foreskin I see white smelly substance on the head. After googling I found that it may be fordyce spots and penile papules. What should I do, I feel insecured and embarrassed ?

Read your problem and studied your photos of lesion you are having.
My first impression is that you might be having Balanoposthitis giving this problem.
This is commonly found in uncircumcised person where there is collection of smegma resulting deposition and produce irritation, infection leading to ulceration formation with white sticky discharge or deposition.
There might be having bacterial or fungal infection developing.
This is due to poor local hygiene not cleaning glans daily while taking shower.
There are other possibilities of having like irritant contact dermatitis, condyloma or Lichen sclerosus.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
On clinical examination and laboratory investigations one can have clear clue about diagnosis.
Meanwhile clean local part by averting foreskin with warm plane water and apply triple action cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like oflox or amoxicilin for 5-7 days.
