Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having a lesion in the corner of the eye involving the eyelashes and the lesion is appearing whitish fat.
This can be common lesion like pinguecula or xanthelesma.
These are benign conditions and will not cause any harm.
Xanthelesma requires evaluation of lipid profile.
If possible do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
Thank you

Thank You for your speculative diagnostics! I have good photo of the corner of eye. Need to know where to ttach file for you? Thank you.
Brief Answer:
The lesions are simple degenerations of conjunctiva.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question
I reviewed the photos attached with the question.
The lesion next to the cornea is pinguecula. It is a common degenerative condition of the conjucntiva and no treatment is required. If it gets recurrent inflammation with symptoms of pain, redness..., then simple excision can be done.
The lesion in the corner of the eye is lipogranuloma and this is also degenrative condition and no treatment is required for this condition also.
Hence for both these conditions as of now follow up with your doctor to watch for any symptoms or increase in size are sufficient.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
