Question: My left leg is red between my knee and ankle.It is almost the color of a sunburn. There is no pain but I have been running a low grade fever for the las 2-3 days

There is no rash.It is red,it has heat in it.I ran a low grade fever .i am not a diabetic,my blood sugar is 106,my bp is 140 over 85. I am not on any medications period
