What Do Bilateral Adrenal Gland Lesions Indicate?

nothing to worry in this report.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM. I have undergone your report and it seems nothing to worry in it.
Bilateral adrenal gland lesions are usually benign and harmless. Especially when they are low density lesions. So possibility of adenomas is more and it is 100% benign lesion (Non cancerous lesions of adrenal gland). If you have any symptoms let me know.
About cyst in liver of 4mm size, this is also benign finding. It is actually a developmental anomaly and no treatment required as it does not cause any trouble.
And you are also having umbilical hernia of 2cm size contains only fat. This is also benign thing but you have to be very careful now onwards that the size of hernia should not increase. So avoid weight lifting, avoid strenuous exercise, avoid constipating food and repeat ultrasound yearly to know about progression.
And about 2cm bullae in left lower lobe, if you are smoker than you have to quit smoking as soon as possible. And if you are nonsmoker than forget about this as benign bullae can not harm.
Hope I have answered your question and I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good XXXXXXX Thanks.
