What Do Loss Of Appetite, Weight Loss And Nausea Indicate?

Question: My symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea, no energy, body runs hot then cold, just don't feel good.
Brief Answer:
Possible Menopause or Hypothyroidism?Needs Confirmation
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.
I undesratnd your concern.
I have gone through your health profile in detail.
You symptoms could possibly relate to the hormonal disturbances/imbalances in estrogen and progesterone.
The episodes of hot flushes could be related to menopause or underfunctioning thyroid.
To further evaluate and formulate treatment,I advise you to have serum FSH and LH study and an ultrasound abdomen along with complete blood counts and complete thyroid profile.
Meanwhile Iron supplementation along with Vitamin C in the form of Conviron forte twice a day will help.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
