The doc prescribed CIPRO and then changed it 5 days later after my blood work came back.
All normal except the following:
MCV 101.4 fl high
MCH 33.3 pg high
Absolute Neutrophils 11051 cells / ul high
Absolute Monocytes 1682 cells / ul high
Glucose 111 mg /dl high
Alkaline Phosphate 188 u/l high
The doc said it was a Urinary Tract Infection.
New med is per above question. Like I said, 5 days later and still have aches & fatigue.
Any idea of what your opinion would be?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
There is increase in neutrophils which is due to UTI.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The blood report shows an increase in neutrophils.
High neutrophils are seen in bacterial infection.
Urinary tract infection (UTI) is bacterial infection.
Urinary tract infection can lead to burning urination, lower abdominal pain, aches and fatigues.
You doctor has already prescribed you the antibiotics.
You can wait for another 3-4 days for the symptoms of urinary tract infection to disappear. For faster resolution, please remain well hydrated by drinking a lot of water.
