What Do My MRI Test Results Indicate?
you need surgery for knee and shoulder
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ranjeet ji.
I have studied your case and i think you have two sets of problem. I will tell you management of both condition separately.
1.Knee pain- as you have seen MRI report suggesting early arthritis with meniscus tear, you will not be benefitted form ayurvedic management. Some time they can give you steroid also which is harmful. So you need to see a arthroscopy specialist and get arthroscopy surgery of knee to correct meniscus problem. You can walk next day only and there will be only one stitch.
2.For shoulder pain you can try physiotherapy initially. Again there is no role of ayurvedic medicines. In case you have servere pain then you can try steroid injection. In case pain persist then again can be treated by arthroscopy surgery.
thanks
For shoulder I am doing exercise. more pain occurs during night. The steroid injection will cure the shoulder pain permanently. Anyside effect of this.
No effect of AMWAY
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
No there is no role of AMWAY or any other product. These are food supplements and you should avoid them. You can take Roxiflex trio tablet which is good for cartilage. If your pain is controlled then it is ok other wise go for arthroscopy.
For shoulder there is no side effect of steroid as very small dose is given and its effect may last for one year to permanent. That will depend on your present cuff condition. But you should give it a try. Again if pain is severe and there is no relief even after injection then you will need arthroscopy surgery.
thanks
Sir, also Pl tell how severe is knee problem and how much time I need to take Roxiflex trio to get fit. I am a para jumper by profession.
Cartialge does not heal by it self
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Problem is that cartilage never heals it self. Damaged done can be treated by surgery only. Rosiflex trio can give you some help. But if you are a sports man then you should plan surgery if you want to play.
For shoulder rest is helpful. You can try steroid injection. Are you fro rajasthan? If yes you can visit my hospital in XXXXXXX for further treatment.
Thanks
