Brief Answer:
Infection or autoimmune disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Inflammation, pain, high CRP can be present in infection or autoimmune disease.
Appropriate investigations should be done to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
All the autoimmune diseases like SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome etc should be ruled out.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
