What Do Numbness In Left Side Of Shin And Achy Legs Indicate?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Needs to be evaluated further if numbness remains persistent.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I do not think there is much to worry as it may happen due to short nerve compression and generally gets subsided by itself or by taking over the counter analgesic like diclofenac and pregablin-M as a symptommatic relief.
Now,If this numbness remains persistent and lasting longer then it will require medical attention for which you will need to consult physician for clinical examination and nerve conduction studies to rule out chances of nerve palsy.
Also,I would like to ask some more information like,
Since how long you are having this numbness or dull ache over legs?
Do you have any radiating pain or numbness over other adjoining area?
So,that I can guide you further how to rule out other possibilities.
Kindly get back to me with more information.

Take symptomatic treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
If this pain and numbness has just started then you should take,
1) analgesics available over the counter with serratiopeptidase combination (Tab.Serra-D),
2)Tab.pregablin-M,
3)hot fomentation to the local part and
4) take bed rest with good posture ( avoid sitting crossed legs or forward bending).
If your symptoms remains persistent then I would advice you to see physician who will take complete medical with thoroughly clinical examination and may order some routine blood works, blood electrolytes, nerve conduction velocity and MRI of lumbar spine (to rule nerve compression).
The definitive treatment will depend upon the underlying cause.
