What Do Red Spots Around Ankle Indicate?

Question: I am having small red spots around ankle area with lots of pain while walking on every winters on both legs with no itching and no thyroid and no sugar. May i know the reason for the same? Is it something related to frost byte as there are no symptoms after winters.
Please provide the reason along with the medicines.

Could you please let me know the reason for this issue as there is no itching and i face this issue only in winters, i can't even walk i have already tried hot water treatment in home but there is not much relief. There is pain around toe and leg area after sleep i find comfortable, there are few red spots as well[pictures already sent].

Please provide more details for the issue with line of treatment and how long does it take to resolve?

I have gone through the details provided by you and studied the picture carefully.
Please send me a close and clear picture of the area.
At first instance this appear to be a varicose vein but need to be ruled out by certain information investigation.

In this case initially skin turns to red or blue with tender to touch.
It aggravate while walking or hanging the leg.

Homeopathy do have some good medicine in such case
i am suggesting some medicine you can start with following
1 Lachesis 10M 3 drops 1 dose in a month
2 Vipera 200 6 pills once in day
3 Hamamilis 200 6 pills once in day
4 Acid flour 30 2 drops twice in day

Take the medicine for a month and revert me back

Investigation Adv- Colour Doppler USG lower both leg

Avoid- long sitting or standing
Adv- Stocking calf muscle support, Leg elevating, Exercise
