Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Bumps on penis are mostly benign and self resolving. I saw your pictures and those look benign, with uncut foreskin, frequent coitus or masturbation, smegma builds up and sebaceous pores get clogged. Management is mostly supportive. Keep the foreskin retracted, don't manipulate these bumps, dont pop, poke or pick these, apply topical hydrocortisone if there is any itching or discomfort. Maintain good coital habits and perfect hygiene. Consult a urologist and let them have a look at the foreskin if the issue continues. Also if there is any unprotected coitus history getting evaluated for STD panel would be wise, so far it seems benign and not worrisome.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Brief Answer:
Happy to help

Detailed Answer:
You are welcome. yes good coital habits are mandatory, if it itches low doses of hydrocortisone over it from wall mart or any other store can be applied. Loose undergarments, preferably cotton will help.

Take care.
