Brief Answer:
I would not be concerned about the globulin level.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached report. The glucose level is slightly high but I would not worry about it. A subsequent follow up will clear the matter. I would not worry about the albumin, globulin or the SGPT level since I do not find a clinical relevance.

Sometimes the reference range may vary with age, especially in children. Since the age-specific ranges are not given, hence the note.

Please let me know if I could help further.

this is the rest of the lab results... with globulin being high, is there a reason to worry? why does globulin level increase?

Brief Answer:
Immunoglobulins have a protective role to play

Detailed Answer:
I have checked the report. You need not worry about the globulin level. Globulin proteins comprise of the immunoglobulins that mediate the immunity. The question is similar to asking why do you sometimes find more police and whether it is concerning. The police are not the cause of menace, rather, they are protective.
