Brief Answer:
Suggestive of TB.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr. Divakara.P
First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

I need more information on your problems ?

1. Since how long you are having fever and cough?
2. Are you having any weight loss ?
3. Is there any loss of appetitie?

Yes the X report is suggestive ( but not confirmatory ) of TB . You have mentioned the changes in Right Lung . I need to know what part of right lung means is it in the upper part or lower part.

I would advice certain additional test to confirm or rule out TB . These tests are :

Sputum AFB * 2 times, Sputum Mycobacterium TB culture , Monteaux test, and ESR.

Kindly revert back with the details and test reports.

Brief Answer:
Very much suggestive of TB

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for the details.

All these point more in favor of TB. But again none of these are confirmatory of TB.

But waiting for confirmation may delay treatment . For confirmation you need to get Sputum for Mycobacterial culture or XXXXXXX fluid culture for Mycobacterium TB.

But in my practice I would have started TB medications for this much of evidence. I would recommend you get the above mentioned tests but till the reports come back get TB treatment started for yourself.

Hope this information was useful to you.

Any further clarifications feel free to ask .
