THanks for the question and report. I have carefully went through them.
Your cholesterol, hemogram, thyroid panels are perfect normal. You seem to be doing good towards the heart health. However the ALT, GGT along with slight bilirubin were raised. The indirect bilirubin is raised it could be biliary obstruction because of various reasons like stones, sludge, tumor etc.
It needs further testing like Ultrasound of abdomen. This may not be serious and may cause incidental findings but it is better to rule out the anonymous at this age.
The other reason could be simply because of Telma-CT that you are taking.
Please see a Gastroenterologist for further interpretation following the Ultrasound of abdomen to look for gall bladder, liver, spleen and pancreas.
