Brief Answer:
IVF is better option
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about infertility.
Your low AMH and ovarian reserve suggest that your follicle count is low.
You need to conceive soon. IVF is a better option. If you are not willing, try IUI atleast.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

Thanks ,I am sending two more questions for your advise and may disturb you in future for further consultancy.
1)based on the reports can any thing be predicted on follicle quality and whether any medication can improve the quality or quantity so that some time can be given for natural pregnancy.
2)whether self follicle quality is sufficiently good or donor hep may be required.
Brief Answer:
Good enough for IVF
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Quality of eggs cannot be predicted based on these tests alone. Quality can only be assessed under microscope after taking them out during process of IVF. Quantity as such appears less as per the reports mentioned.
Donor eggs may not be required at this stage. GI ahead with IVF soon.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
