Brief Answer:
Surgical correction is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached report. There is comminuted fracture of head of humerus with multiple pieces of the bone. This cannot be fixed properly without a surgery. Reduction and internal fixation with screws is needed under the guidance of an orthopedician. Even after proper fixation and surgery she will need proper physiotherapy to regain proper shoulder movement.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

one of the Dr suggested joint replacement. From your reply i understand that replacement is not required but surgery would suffice. please confirm.

Brief Answer:
Joint replacement is a better option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Joint replacement is a better option as it will provide an early recovery and better range of movement of the shoulder after the surgery. Surgical fixation will cause shoulder stiffness and can cause pain and arthritis after the surgery.
Hope my answer is helpful.
