Brief Answer:
subclinical hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'm, hi! I am dr. XXXXXXX endocrinologist.
your report is suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism i.e. borderline low functioning thyroid. in such cases to treat or not to treat is the decision of the doctor after talking to the patient. In case you have symptoms , you need treatment, otherwise not.

Brief Answer:
almost 6-8 months.

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'm, almost for life the medicine continues, but we try to take off medicines after 6-8 months in such cases.
medicines are to be taken empty stomach early morning with water. another 30 minutes fast is to be observed over the tab.
pls add some calcium and vitamin D and B12 supplements after food in your daily routine.
regards!
