What Do These SGOT And SGPT Levels Indicate?

No need to worry, they are clinically not significant.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM,
I have reviewed the reports you attached here.
Your SGPT-79 ,SGOT-47 and GGT-81 are slightly elevated (but not too high) and they do not have any clinical significance especially in the absence clinical symptoms.
All these LFTs (SGPT,SGOT,GGT) are highly sensitive liver function tests,so they get easily raised following oily or fatty meal or even few alcohol drinks.
But they are NOT dangerous and probably they will come down to normal by themselves within few days.
The danger level of these tests depends on the underlying cause, however they get elevated significantly (say more than 500 or 1000) in case some liver disease like viral hepatitis etc.
So, do not worry about it and possibly avoid fatty/junk/oily foods further or alcohol if you take.
You can repeat the test for SGPT,SGOT and GGT after 3 or 4 weeks on fasting blood sample and most probably they will come within normal limits.
Meanwhile, you may take tab.Udilive 300 mg twice daily which is a bile acid, a substance naturally produced by the body and does not have any side effects.
You may also take syrup LIV-52 DS 2TSF daily which is a herbal preparation having hepato-protective property and may be beneficial for you.
Hope this helps and let me know your more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Sandip Kabra

One thing i m not taking alcohol. Also avoid oilly
Food. But 14 years ago having jaundis.
Unlikely related to jaundice which was 14 years ago.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for the reply.
Jaundice before 14 years is very unlikely related to these mild elevation of LFTs at present.
Since they are highly sensitive function tests and may get easily elevated (depending on the lab variations).
Take tab.Udiliv 300 mg twice daily and syrup LIV-52 DS 2 TSF daily.Check your LFTs again after 3 weeks in the same laboratory, and most probably they will come down to normal.
There is nothing to worry.

Any medicine can suggest.

tablet Mucinex-Dm.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again,
Usually cough with mucus (balgam) is viral or sometimes bacterial in origin and usually do not require any antibiotics or any other specific medications. It gets relieved with symptomatic medications only.
You should take tablet Mucinex-Dm (available OTC) twice daily which contains Dextromethorphan in combination with Guaifenesin, an expectorant and it helps to loosen congestion in your throat and making it easier to cough out mucus/phlegm.
Salt water gargles would also be helpful symptomatically.
