Question: Can you explain me the below report asap.

Noted your concern.

If already diabetic these reports of Fasting, post-prandial & HbA1c denote uncontrolled Diabetes.

If non-diabetic it confirms diagnosis of Diabetes.

In both situation there is a need for immediate medical attention.
There is a need for
- detailed physical examination.
- Investigations
Complete Blood Count.
Urine examination including urine ketone.
Liver Function Test.
Renal Function Test.
ECG.

Depending upon clinical examination there may be need for hospitalization.
For blood sugar treatment I may suggest insulin treatment.
