Brief Answer:
Reactive hypoglycemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Niranjan and I will be answering your query.

Based on your reports, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to be reactive hypoglycaemia.
2. Most of the times, cause is unknown and is thought to be secondary to increased insulin sensitivity. However, there are multiple causes like hypothyroidism, alimentary hypoglycemia, renal glycosuria, etc.
3. First, a confirmation is necessary after a hyperglucidic breakfast. If it is still low, tests will be necessary for further evaluation.
4. Hope you do not have any hypoglycemia symptoms.
5. For diabetes evaluation, HbA1C level estimation will help.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
irritability, palpitation, sweating, giddiness etc

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir .. Welcome your follow-up question a good one and a must know for all the diabetics. ...

In addition to the above the hypoglycemic patient will have cold peripheries and will be confused also with excess salivation ... If he does not take food .. May land up in syncope ... We always recommend diabetic patients to carry a small slip in which mentioned that you are a diabetic and keep in your pocket .. So that in case of syncopal attacks others can identify and give glucose or chocolates etc., to wake you up..

Thank you ..
