What Do White Moist Patches Around The Penis Area Indicate?

Question: Last day I noticed some white moist patches around my penis area.those patches are seen on the area where foreskin and penis joins together.it is not causing any itching or any other irritations but I am worried

Based on your description it is likely to be Balanoposthitis secondary to inspissated smegma which is white secretion which is normally secreted.
