is it pnemonia /t.b. /cancer
have also got blood with cough today

ESR is raised in infections and chronic inflammatory conditions.

The normal range of ESR in males is less 0-10 mm in 1st hour.
Elevated ESR occurs in inflammatory conditions.
Raised ESR is not diagnostic of any disease.
It can be elevated in infections, inflammation like TB, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, giant cell arteritis etc. Therefore it is not possible to specify pneumonia / TB / cancer based on elevated ESR alone. It has to be correlated with clinical findings.

Have you had any infection or do you have any chronic disease?
A little clinical history can help to figure out the cause of elevated ESR.
