What Does A Lump Near The Anus Indicate?

Question: Hi, I have a lump right next to my anus. It came 2 days ago, then went and has come back again. It's a little sore now not massive pain though.

Since you are having a lump next to your anus i suggest u do MRI of lower abdomen.
If the lump persist then do biopsy from lump to rule out malignancy.
For headache and fever u can take paracetamol tablets twice daily.

The community I live in is remote and indigenous, therefore the kids I teach have many things like boils and scabies etc. Could it be a boil or a hemerroid?Will it be alright to fly on a plane in just over 24 hours? It's a 4 hour flight. I should keep my fluids up?

It could be a boil and u can first try applying an antibiotic ointment for a week.If lump still persist then do MRI lower abdomen.
You can fly on a plane but you should drink plenty of fluids.
