Blood pictures doesn't support leukemia.There must be immature cells in blood.Besides this,leukemia is associated with many other findings like anemia,increased WBC count etc.Findings of leukemia varies with its type but it is relevant in your case.
Abnormal red and yellow bone marrow variations in both femoral heads are non specific findings so your doctor advised follow up after six months to see its progression.

Abnormal red and yellow bone marrow variations in both femoral heads may be due to reasons like age related changes,early Avascular necrosis(AVN).
You need proper evaluation by a orthopedician.
If needed, bone scintigraphy can be done to rule out conditions like early AVN .
