Question: My wife had Ivf with icsi 15 days ago and today she due to have test to see if pregnant . She has had no Menstraution cramps or pains . Has been on progesterone from day one (3x day via vaginal ) is this a concern and does mean not pregnant ? She started brown spotting yesterday and today

There are no specific and reliable signs of pregnancy, particularly after IVF.
YOu should not rely on any kind of cramps, pain, spotting etc.
The only reliable indicator of a positive pregnancy is a positive blood B HCG pregnancy test.
So please get that test done.
