Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Your MRI report mentions disc bulges at levels C3/4, C4/5, C5/6 and C6/7. Of these the ones at C3/4, C4/5 and C6/7 are of minimal to mild in nature. The disc bulge at C5/6 is of significant amount and there is also degeneration seen in the bones at that level. There is nerve root compression on both sides with possible decrease in the spinal canal diameter. There is decrease in disc height too. This could probably mean that your pain is mainly due to degeneration occurring at this level.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
