Clarifications: With the 50% carbohydrates emphasize water soluble fiber such as oats and the skins off of fresh fruit as opposed to wheat fiber which is water insoluble fiber. Water soluble fibers help with the weight loss process. Adding a little yogurt with active cultures are good to help re-balance the "gut microbiome" as well. This is just a little additional nutritional information.
However, I think I have answered your question about your diet distribution. Keep yourself well hydrated with that high of a protein intake and choose lean protein sources. You seem to be doing that because you are losing the weight!~
