Brief Answer: Thyroid Detailed Answer: Are you taking thyroid medication? I saw you T3 and T4 results but could not find your TSH? Are you on any other medications like prednisone? If you are not on thyroid medication, then a low TSH along with low thyroid hormone levels ie T3 and T4 can reflect an uncommon condition called Secondary hypothyroidism. When this is suspected it is important to look pituitary problems by doing an MRI. If you are on thyroid medication, even then it is quite unusual to have such a picture and still an evaluation is in order to look for 'hypothalamus and pituitary' problems If you are on steroid medication like prednisone then it can lower all these hormones although not so much all 3 are significantly below normal. Do you have any headache, nausea or vomiting or visual problems ? This can be associated with structural problems in the skull where the pituitary is located?
