What Does Low Serum AMH While Trying For Conception Indicate?

Question: hi, i had a one son, and i want to have another. this time i want to have twins , so i decided to go through IVF, i was under going though the process when the doctor fine out the frolics are not coming to i stop, did a lab test to fine out if i can still produced good eggs, but it came out that , the name of the text that i did call serum AMH and it came out to be low, so the doctor said the only chance i have is to go for a donor, by boy is not yet two years, i am confused please advice
