Mild fullness of right pelvicalyceal system means there is mild dilatation of pelvi-calyceal system of right kidney.
It is important to know your symptoms.
It may be due to some obstruction in excretory pathway. Obstruction may be due to calculus in renal pelvis or ureter. Obstruction may also be due to stricture.

You need proper evaluation. Non contrast CT scan of abdomen can be done after evaluation. Non contrast CT scan is the investigation of choice for renal, ureteric calculus.
You need proper clinical evaluation also.
Underlying cause should be treated.

Mild fullness of P-C system of kidney is generally due to reasons like small calculus,minor stricture etc.It can be reversed if underlying cause is treated,so you should go for further evaluation.
It is not a major finding and it doesn't cause much problem for kidneys.
