General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Multiple cysts are seen in left kidney. A renal function test is required. In most cases, it will not affect the functional status of the kidneys and only observation is required.

Consult a paediatric nephrologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
