What Does My CT Scan Test Report Indicate?
Question: Most recent CT finding slight interval increase of upper right mediastinum adjacent to pneumonectomy space lymph node measuring 10mm in short axis . Oncologist said return with CT in 4 months. act 4 months ago no evidence of disease. Rt lung removed 1yr ago stage 3a

Patient findings suggests slight increase in lymph node size in upper right mediastinum.
It may be due to many causes like infection,inflammation,left out tumour etc.

Thanks. Lung removal has been a rough go.every new CT is cause for anxiety. Oncologist is top of line but I needed reassurance. Thanks again.
