Brief Answer:
ACL Rear Requires surgical treatment- it never heals by itself.

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion ACL Tear never Heals - It requires surgical reconstruction which is done 6-8 weeks after injury ,after knee bending is nearly normal . Braces are required for some time even after operation.
It is good that you are doing quadriceps strengthening exercises.
The swelling in the ankle comes due to positional edema + braces( which may be a little tight).
MRI Shows partial tear- but at your age it is better to confirm the tear by arthroscopic examination and repair it if required. MRI reported partial tear very often turns out to be complete tear on arthroscopic examination..

Brief Answer:
Tiny parameniscal cysts are unlikely to be cause of pain or of any concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX , I am dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In any one knee right or left,( in your case (R) Knee) there are two sides inner and outer side.
Your MRI Shows tiny parameniscal cyst in relation to lateral meniscus( outer side). This is unlikely to be cause of pain. The pain is likely to be due to lateral collateral ligament injury( Sprain ) that you have. Tiny cysts as such are not significant.
Thanx for the question.
