But every 6months he has checkup with ultrasound scanning report. So as part yesterday in ultrasound abdomine report we got Liver result as : Normal in size with increased echogencity. is it lead to problem for him ? can you suggest how to reduce fatty liver?
Brief Answer:
CT scan of whole abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since your father had history of stomach cancer and USG is showing increased echogenicity i would advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen to rule out any lesion in liver.
You must reduce eating oily food and do regular exercise for atleast 1 hour per day to reduce fatty liver.

Brief Answer:
CT scan upper abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sometimes USG may miss small liver lesions less than 1 cm in size.
That is why you must do a CT scan of upper abdomen atleast to rule out any metastatic liver lesions.
