What Does My Angiogram Report Indicate?

Importantly, I want to know
1. Is my MB is very severe ?
2. What is type 3 Lad
3. How to prevent atheroschlorosis formation
Surgery can be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern. I've gone through the reports.
Usually the blood vessels supplying the heart run on the surface of the heart.
But in few cases(develops at birth), the blood vessels (LAD) in your case runs through the muscle of the heart at a deeper course. These blood vessels are more prone to be constricted during the heart pumping period called systole.
In your case, this constriction or narrowing is significant (type 3) and has the risk of causing significant obstruction to blood flow during exercises
At normal pumping blood flow is adequate, as evident on perfusion scan, also ruling out the need for Stent.
Exercise can increase the strength of systole and can worsen the constriction of muscle bride , reducing the flow of blood to heart, and increasing the risk of heart attacks.
Hence, you are advised by your cardiologist not to participate in frequent exercises.
Atherosclerosis can be prevented to a major extent by maintaining the blood glucose, blood pressure under control along with blood cholesterol.
Avoid consuming fried and fatty food stuff.
Yes, surgery can help to cure your condition. Post-operatively, you can do exercises at a reduced intensity and frequency after getting the fitness clearance by the concerned cardiologist.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

As per you type 3 is significant, but this Dr said after seeing my video , my condition was very minimal. Am confused which statement can I go about it.
Let me attach the video if possible here.
But so far I was able to do heavy exercises without much symptom , not sure how come suddenly (last 2 years only ) am posing this issue.
If I discontinue rigorous exercise (5 sets each with 15 reps) , can I get rid of this problem at least for the next 5-6 years ???
It's advisable to remove MB
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
I have worked through your attached and videos in detail.
You seem to have a complete mid segment MB with type 3 LAD.This MB completely encircles the LAD.
Type 3 LAD is a long segment blood vessel. Its generally advantageous to have type 3 LAD only in the absence of obstruction.
Earlier you had an Unstable angina with Positive TROP T. This event is an imminent sign of coronary artery(LAD ) obstruction.
A mid segment MB always carries a risk of future complications of total occlusion causing an apparent heart attack.
It's always advisable to get it removed via surgical Myotomy procedure or a RFA to avoid risk of future complications.
Mere reduction of exercise will not prevent the complications of MB.
It's advisable to consult an expert Cardiothoracic surgeon as well for a 2nd opinion.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
