What Does My Blood Sugar Level Indicate?
Question: I tested my blood sugars about 30mins after eating toast and bar of chocolate they were 11.1 and again 1 hour after and they had dropped to 5.6 is this normal
This much variation within one hour is not possible.

I've confirmed this with 2 testing kits of my girlfriends I am not diabetic as far as I know but have being feeling faint and drinking excessively and urinating at 2 hours post meal they are 4.7

they had dropped to 3.8 about 20 mins after the last test and then XXXXXXX to 5.1 another 20 mins without eating drinking anything would that rule out diabetes if it XXXXXXX with no treatment
