Brief Answer:
PET scan
Detailed Answer:
HI
Since you have lost 15 pounds of weight in 4 weeks and your wbc is 10 i would advise you to do a PET scan to rule out malignancy like leukemia or mutiple myeloma
I would also request you to upload your actual blood reports so that i could go through the report in details
Regards
