Brief Answer:
Very low liver levels

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have been told that you have fatty liver and that your liver functions are abnormal. Your overall liver numbers are very low. They do not suggest aggressive changes to your liver. I think it is a great idea to reduce your alcohol use and to start a weight loss program. With time these will greatly reduce any long term damage to your liver.

I can not explain why your liver enzymes are increasing unless you have been gaining weight or your cholesterol levels have also been increasing. Has there been any new medications? As they can also affect liver metabolism.

In summary
1. Liver enzymes low levels
2. Reduce weight
3. Reduce alcohol use
4. Reduce medications
5. Reduce cholesterol and lipid levels
6. Repeat tests in 3-6 months
